What if I don't like what you create?
I have a track record of creating websites and brands that my clients absolutely love. And I’m not just tooting my own horn here…it’s because I have a process in place that ensures we work together closely every step of the way to get things just right.
What if I don't know what I want yet?
That’s normal and why we start with strategy. We’ll figure it out together.
How involved do I need to be?
You’ll need to show up for our calls and give feedback, but I’m not gonna bug you every day. Prepare to set aside 1-3 hours per week during the active phases, and 30 minutes to an hour for the less active phases (when I’m busy designing and we’ve done strategy).
What if I can't afford the full amount upfront?
Monthly payment plans are available. We can split it into manageable chunks so don’t hesitate to ask
Do I need to worry about SEO or email sign-ups for my website?
I cover basic SEO (which makes it easier for people to find your website on Google when they search for what you do) and can integrate email marketing (those little “join my newsletter” boxes) so you can grow your audience right away.
Can I update my website myself after it's done?
Yes, you’ll get training on how to update text, images, and add blog posts yourself. For bigger changes you can come back to me, but daily updates are all you.
