I totally get why that's a scary thought...it's a huge investment, and you're basically handing over a part of your business to someone else. But I don't just disappear into a dark room and come out later with something finished, hoping you like it.

My job isn't to force my style on you, it's to get the vision you have in your head out into the world. And I don't have a big ego about my work. So if I show you something and you hate it? I want to know. That's why we're going to be talking a lot.

There are checkpoints throughout where we make sure we're on the same page before moving forward to the next stage. And if something isn't working? We change it. That's built into my process.

Most of my clients have loved what I created at first glance. And for the ones who didn't? We worked on it. To date, every single one has loved the end result and stuck with what I created for them for years. So we're not done until we've created something we're both genuinely excited to launch.

You’ll need to show up for our calls and give feedback, but I’m not gonna bug you every day. Prepare to set aside 1-3 hours per week during the active phases and 30 minutes to an hour for the less active phases (when I’m busy designing and we’ve done strategy)
