Frequently Asked Questions
Wix and Squarespace takes care of updates and security maintenance for Wix/Squarespace websites so it doesn’t have to be done manually while this isn’t the case with WordPress. Because it has to be done manually for WordPress the prices are higher.
Yes you can. You just need to send me a 30 day notice so I can be aware of your cancellation.
1. Adding, removing or editing text or images on your website
2. Changing or editing your menu, header, footer, or sidebar
3. Updating forms
4. Uploading documents on your website
5. Making sure your website works well on any screen (eg: desktop and mobile) , especially when you make additions to your website
6. Changing links
7. Adding blog articles that have already been written by you or your copywriter on your website(with images and text you will provide)
1. Adding a page that isn’t a blog page. If you need to add a page we can discuss that on the discovery call in more detail.
2. Anything that involves your hosting company. You can reach out to me if there are issues but sometimes the issues will involve your host, and if that is the case I will let you know. From there you’ll be able to call your hosting company to resolve any issues that might come up.
3. Writing the blog post from scratch and editing it. I publish blog posts you ‘ve created and I optimize blog posts for SEO if you are on the ‘Advanced Maintenance’ Plan.
4. Providing support when it comes to your email provider or strategy
5. Answering or managing your emails from your website
Yes I do. The only exception is that I won’t handle the SEO section of your website because I can’t guarantee that the SEO strategy you will have implemented before we started working together will work. I can only guarantee a SEO strategy that we created together.
