You are expecting a brand-new website designed completely from scratch. This service assumes you've already started, you're happy with your overall branding (your colors, fonts, etc.), and all I need to do is build on top of what you already have.
Let's ChatThere's at least one fully designed page I can use as a reference point (like your homepage), something that already shows me your colours, fonts, and how things should look and feel. If you're using brand photos, those need to be uploaded into the site already. Basically, if you handed me your website today, I should have everything I need to get started within a day. That's what I build from. If nothing exists yet and we're starting from a blank canvas, that's a full redesign and a completely different service.
